The films on the televisions are obscured, they is not the primary
content for this space. They are to act as a texture and a background
for the information in the books. Playing on each screen are government
produced films about justification for and life within the camps.
These videos are evidence of fear, paranoia and propaganda that
is not unlike what happens in media today. The audio is just loud
enough so that the viewer is aware of what is being said, but comprehension
only comes with repetition and there is the moment of distraction
from the books or the paintings when a single phrase may stand out.
